Privacy notice
This notice informs you according to Art. 13 GDPR about the processing of your personal data on kinverse.family.
1. Controller

2. What data we process
When signing up for the waitlist: email address, language, signup timestamp, optionally an invite code. When accessing the website: technically necessary server logs (hashed IP, user-agent, timestamp) for a maximum of 14 days to prevent abuse.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Managing the waitlist and informing you about launch (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — consent). Server logs to ensure website operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
4. Storage duration
Waitlist data: until launch of the platform or until you withdraw your consent. Server logs: maximum 14 days.
5. Recipients / processors
Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) with Frankfurt region (EU); database: Neon Inc. with EU region. Both based on EU standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. No sharing with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Vercel and Neon are US companies. Processing takes place in EU data centers. Where transfer to the US occurs, it is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
7. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no marketing cookies. Only technically necessary mechanisms are used (e.g., session protection). A cookie consent is therefore not required.
8. Your rights
Information (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3)). Informal request to hello@kinverse.family.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
